Hoffman Hydronics in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer/Engineering Project Manager to serve as the hub between customers, sales, and manufacturers, guiding projects from quote through delivery. The role emphasizes strong communication, technical aptitude for boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems, CRM/ERP order entry (NetSuite), and meticulous project management.

Qualifications

3+ years in inside sales, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
3+ years' experience with HVAC, hydronics, boilers, or technical products.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts on products, pricing, and orders.
Manage order entry in CRM/ERP (NetSuite) from quotes to returns.
Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure on-time shipment of boilers, steam packages, pumps, and related hydronic equipment.
Respond to inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot basic hydronic questions, route complex issues as needed.
Maintain project timelines and documentation (submittals, acknowledgements, delivery schedules, IOMs, closeout).
Develop Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals for customer use.
Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve issues, support start-ups, and coordinate warranty work.
