Job summary

Hoffman Hydronics is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer/Engineering Project Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, outside sales, and manufacturers to drive projects from quote to delivery and closeout.

The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing field and HVAC/ hydronics experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Office-based with collaboration across teams and limited travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years' experience with HVAC, hydronics, boilers, or industrial/technical products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with contractors, engineers, and facility teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and address questions on products, pricing, and order status.
• Manage order entry in CRM/ERP (NetSuite) from quotes to returns with accuracy.
• Coordinate product deliveries and logistics for boilers, steam packages, and hydronic equipment.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, routing complex issues to sales or manufacturers.
• Maintain project schedules, quotes, submittals, and closeout packages for boiler projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve issues and support start-ups.
