Job summary

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hydronic Piping Foreman to lead field installation of hydronic piping systems on commercial projects in Richmond, VA. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work meets project plans and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, piping system knowledge, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license are preferred; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical piping experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Mechanic strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with commercial hydronic piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hydronic piping crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and work activities.
• Install and oversee installation of hydronic piping systems, including: chilled water, hot water, heating water, condenser water, pumps and equipment connections.
