Qualifications

• Current or previous leadership experience as a Foreman working on commercial projects.

• Ability to install work from drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read and understand project related documents in English.
• OSHA 10-hour certification and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities for mechanics and helpers.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Work safely and encourage compliance with health and safety rules.
• Establish work sequences to meet construction schedules.
