Job summary

PLUG POWER INC is seeking a Service Specialist focused on H2 systems in the United States, Ohio. This role includes performing maintenance, remote diagnostics, and training personnel on hydrogen system operations, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associates degree or relevant vocational training and a strong background in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. The position requires extensive travel, occasionally up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational degree in engineering or electronics.
• High school diploma with 3+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed surveys of customer hydrogen infrastructure.
• Service and maintain H2 systems at customer sites.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Provide emergency support service to customers.
• Train personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance.
