Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Distribution Planner to oversee the hydrogen logistics network across North America. The role partners with regional managers to ensure fulfillment, handles customer communications, and analyzes telemetry data for demand and delivery planning.

The position includes a Wed-Sat 9pm–7am shift with options for remote work on the East Coast and a supporting rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years in supply chain, transportation dispatch, demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain hydrogen logistics network across North America.
• Work with Regional Distribution Managers to meet logistical demands.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Telemetry monitoring, data collection and usage analysis.
• Forecast hydrogen deliveries and communicate status internally.
• Coordinate with vendors for liquid and compressed hydrogen deliveries.
