Plug Power in North America seeks a Senior Director of Logistics to lead hydrogen logistics, transportation and related operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient delivery of LH2 and gaseous hydrogen.

This leadership role partners with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalable network strategies, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the hydrogen logistics network.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain with leadership in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in transportation and logistics strategy, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.
• Experience with hydrogen, hazardous materials, or cryogenic logistics is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution for hydrogen delivery to customers and suppliers to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
• Own the transportation function and align transport with sourcing, production, and product strategy.
• Establish scalable logistics network strategies to support North America expansion and increasing complexity.
• Lead logistics capacity and asset planning, including cryogenic trailer fleet sizing and infrastructure planning.
• Oversee all transportation modes, including bulk cryogenic liquid hydrogen and gaseous transport.
• Ensure readiness for new product launches, deployments, and large-scale energy projects.
