Job summary

The Plug Power Hydrogen; Supply Chain team is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor and maintain the hydrogen logistics network across North America. You will collaborate with Regional Distribution Managers and support customer communications to ensure on-time fuel deliveries.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to demand fluctuations. A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in supply chain is preferred; MS Office skills are a plus, and a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years in supply chain, transportation dispatch, demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; related software a plus.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Distribution Managers to meet logistics demands.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Hourly telemetry monitoring, data collection and analysis.
• Maintain an internal tracking report of telemetry and customer correspondence.
• Communicate fulfillment status and delivery issues to stakeholders.
• Use software to forecast customer demand.
• Adjust plans to maintain supply in response to demand.
• Document operations, supplier and customer events for the team.
• Forecast Liquid Hydrogen deliveries from Plug Power plants and third parties.
• Forecast Compressed Hydrogen deliveries from Plug Power plants and third parties.
• Collaborate with vendors to oversee sub-contracted deliveries.
