Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Distribution Planner to manage the hydrogen logistics network across North America. The role involves coordinating with regional distribution managers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring on-time delivery of liquid and compressed hydrogen from Plug Power plants and partners.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on reliability and service excellence in a fast-paced energy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years in supply chain, transportation dispatch, demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain hydrogen logistics network across North America.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Monitor hourly telemetry and analyze historical usage.
• Maintain internal tracking of telemetry and customer correspondence.
• Communicate fulfillment status and delivery issues to logistics, operations, and customer service teams.
• Forecast liquid and compressed hydrogen deliveries from Plug Power plants and third-party providers.
• Coordinate with vendors for sub-contracted hydrogen deliveries to maintain client fulfillment.
