Plug Power is seeking a Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist to perform commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydrogen storage infrastructure, electrolyzers, and stationary equipment at customer sites. Travel up to 100% and on-call readiness are required to keep hydrogen production running around the clock.

Key duties include conducting inspections, leading service projects, training stakeholders, and interpreting drawings and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret construction drawings and P&IDs.
• Ability to travel up to 100% to customer sites and respond to urgent needs while on-call.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customer sites to commission, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test and commission Plug Power products.
• Lead high-level service repair projects on hydrogen infrastructure and related systems.
• Provide training to first responders, customers, and Plug service personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance.
