Plug Power in the United States seeks a Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist responsible for commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydrogen storage infrastructure, electrolyzers, and stationary equipment across customer sites.

This highly travel-intensive role (up to 100%), on-call availability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams aim to improve system designs and ensure reliable 24/7 hydrogen production while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in electrical, industrial, or mechanical fields.
• Associates degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems or related field; or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to travel up to 100% to perform duties.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customer sites to perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning of Plug Power products including hydrogen infrastructure.
• Lead high-level service repair projects on hydrogen infrastructure, including specialized procedures.
• Provide training to first responders, customers and Plug service personnel.
• Support commissioning and maintenance, interpret schematics, test functionality, and document results.
• Create, track and close project task lists; ensure safety and quality standards.
