Job summary

FirstElement Fuel in California is seeking an Operations & Customer Support Representative to be the first line of our operations support team, overseeing our custom Dashboard and helping keep customers and stations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues, monitor station alarms, coordinate with the Operations team, document interactions, and grow into mentoring new teammates as the role expands.

Qualifications

• Min of 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of automotive, fuel cell, or fueling industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshooting customer and station issues and escalating complex technical issues as needed.
• Monitor station alarms and perform remote resets where safe and appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to maximize station uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and call dispositions for each contact.
• Assist with creating and maintaining user documentation and procedures.
