The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and optional English/Spanish bilingual skills; you will monitor station dashboards, assist with issues, and help maintain documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of automotive or fueling industry a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills
• Willing to have calls monitored for quality assurance

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels
• Troubleshoot customer and station issues and escalate as needed
• Monitor station alarms and perform remote resets when safe
• Collaborate with Operations to maximize station uptime
• Document customer interactions and call dispositions
• Maintain operation communications and update status dashboards
• Provide training to new team members as needed
• Assist with creating and maintaining user documentation and procedures
• Perform special projects as assigned
