Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing direct reports.
• 5+ years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Hydro turbine generator experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, training, and supervision for direct reports.
• Utilize corporate CMMS for planning and completing maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site contractor personnel.
• Develop scopes of work and project approval documents.
• Track project spending and provide updates to the Division Manager.
