Job summary

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across our hydroelectric portfolio. You will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while coordinating with operations, engineers, and vendors.

The role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires 5+ years of experience, a degree in engineering, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in construction or energy project management.
• Experience managing civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects.
• Renewable energy/hydroelectric experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel ~30-50%.
• Strong relationship and written/oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage project risks and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of electrical safety principles and best practices.
• Willingness to perform operational tasks including climbing ladders and working near water.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Make day-to-day decisions during project execution and manage risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution.
• Develop and update cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and WBS.
• Provide status reports to management as requested.
• Support development of Project Management Training across teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to track progress.
• Develop tools/templates for cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, WBS.
• Ensure project documentation is well managed and stored.
• Attend conferences and training to maintain proficiency.
