Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is hiring a Hydro Vac Foreman to lead crews on our telecom construction team. You will oversee operations, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL, at least 3 years of related foreman experience, and a focus on safety and productivity. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a strong team culture in our Minnesota operations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required and clean driving record.
• Demonstrated safety-conscious foreman or lead experience.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read basic site logs and DOT paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operates a vacuum truck in a safe and productive manner.
• Assists in maintaining onsite equipment and tools.
• Maintains daily inspection and graph logs.
• Hand digs to locate utilities and materials.
• Loads and unloads equipment from trailers.
• Plats holes and identifies utilities/obstructions.
• Performs ground restoration and general cleanup.
• Documents DOT paperwork when applicable.
• Keeps accurate daily timekeeping records.
• Participates in weekly toolbox meetings.
• Performs duties of a laborer as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
