Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Hydro Vac Foreman to lead our Telecom Construction team. You’ll oversee crews, ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule, and manage equipment and materials to maintain a productive work site.

This role requires a Class A CDL, at least three years of related experience, and foreman exposure. We offer weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a vacuum truck in a safe and productive manner.
• Assists in maintaining onsite equipment.
• Maintains tools.
• Hand digs to locate utilities.
• Maintains daily inspection logs and graph logs.
• Loads and unloads equipment from trailers.
• Potholes utilities.
• Knows all utilities and obstructions in work area.
• Loads and unloads supplies.
• Performs ground restoration.
• Performs general cleanup.
• Maintains and properly documents DOT paperwork if applicable.
• Provides accurate daily timekeeping.
• Participates in weekly “Tool Box” meetings.
• Performs the duties of a laborer as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Class A CDL is required
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Hydro Vac - Foreman is $28.00 - $38.00.
