Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Hydro Vac Foreman to lead telecom construction crews in Minnesota. You will oversee field teams, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects run safely and on schedule.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, authorization to work in the United States, and at least three years of foreman experience. This hourly role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Class A CDL is required
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates a vacuum truck in a safe and productive manner
• Assists in maintaining onsite equipment
• Maintains tools
• Hand digs to locate utilities
• Maintains daily inspection logs and graph logs
• Loads and unloads equipment from trailers
• Knows all utilities and obstructions in work area
• Loads and unloads supplies
• Maintains and properly documents DOT paperwork if applicable
• Provides accurate daily timekeeping
• Participates in weekly “Tool Box” meetings
• Performs the duties of a laborer as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Hydro Vac - Foreman is$28.00 - $38.00.
