Snohomish County PUD is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support safe, reliable operation of hydro generation assets. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and improving maintenance activities across generation facilities and related infrastructure.

The successful candidate will prepare detailed work packages, coordinate outages with operations, and leverage SAP CMMS to ensure safe, efficient field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field, and two years of related engineering experience.
• Six years of related engineering experience and a WA PE license in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Engineer III: four years of related engineering experience; WA PE license optional.
• Professional Engineer pathway: Six or more years of related engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance activities for Generation assets.
• Develop clear work packages with scope, labor, materials, tools, permits, and scheduling.
• Coordinate outage planning with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and vendors.
• Review work orders and asset history to set maintenance priorities and reliability improvements.
• Identify, order, track, and stage parts and materials for planned work.
• Use SAP/CMMS to plan, schedule, track, and document maintenance work.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to support accurate planning.
• Support budgeting, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and regulatory compliance for planned work.
