Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks an experienced maintenance planner to coordinate and supervise maintenance and contractor work at a generating facility. You will manage daily and outage activities, prepare requisitions and maintenance documentation, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across tasks.

You will leverage SAP and Microsoft Office to track materials, schedules, and reporting, while guiding teams and vendors to meet deadlines and budgets in a high-stakes energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance procedures, planning, scheduling, and materials management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for maintenance activities and schedules.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule both planned and emergent work.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and contractor activities to provide reliable power generation.
• Plan and supervise daily and outage work with crews and planners.
• Prepare paperwork: requisitions, scopes of work, reports, Preventive Maintenance, and Bills of Materials.
• Inspect work for defects and regulatory compliance.
• Lead contractor activities and safety orientations where needed.
