Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Kentucky is hiring for an assembly worker on 1st shift. You will assemble, test and inspect parts using hand tools and equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting, and contribute to a safe, productive team.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year assembly experience, and strong listening and communication skills. You’ll work collaboratively with others, follow 5S and quality procedures, and help maintain equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of assembly experience.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and inspect parts according to drawings and test codes.
• Move materials to/from workstation with hand tools and crane as needed.
• Maintain assembly and test equipment and follow safety rules.
• Contribute to 5S and quality procedures and support team goals.
