Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Hydraulic Production Technician to assemble and test components on a 1st shift. The role requires 1+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing, the ability to use necessary tools, and solid listening and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to use tools and equipment needed for assembly operations.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Able to work well with others as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
• Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test.
• Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
• Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, and crane as required.
• Adhere to all safety rules and maintain good housekeeping.
