Our client is seeking a Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager for the North Central Region, covering the states of MN, ND, SD, KS, and NE. Join a leader in the mobile hydraulics industry, offering top-quality hydraulic components and electrical control products. A competitive compensation and benefits package is provided.

Territory: MN, ND, SD, KS, NE. Candidates may reside in any of these states.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities for hydraulic system components.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships to enhance loyalty and market position.
  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights and feedback on competitors.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Utilize strategic selling approaches and provide custom solutions to clients.
  • Record all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system to meet KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and develop prospect relationships.
  • Manage sales activities efficiently, including travel expenses, within company budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; B.A. degrees considered, especially with a technical background.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical product sales experience, with a proven track record with distributors and OEMs.
  • Hydraulic sales experience with a fluid power manufacturer or distributor is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, including some overnight stays.
