Job summary

Ground Force/Mega Worldwide of Albuquerque is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Assembler to meet production demands and ensure quality. Experience in hydraulics, hoses, fittings, schematics, and welding is required; a high school diploma and 3 years in heavy machinery assembly are expected.

The role involves various assembly methods and strict adherence to design specifications. Starting wage is $23–$28/hour, depending on experience, with a drug-free workplace and pre-employment testing.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in hydraulics, hoses, fittings, welding and schematics.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Three (3) years practical experience in assembly of heavy machinery or related disciplines.
• Ability to perform technical tasks using common assembly tools and read drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is properly performed, inspected and documented per policy and customer expectations.
• Maintain production pace and meet deadlines.
• Inform Lead of progress and any potential delays.
• Maintain safety and report any non-compliance immediately.
• Review drawings and change orders to ensure compliance with specs.
• Keep work area clean and organized; manage materials and tools.
• Coordinate with others and with Quality Control for inspections.
• Make efficient use of time, tools, and materials.
• Allocate labor and materials to correct job.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead.
