Job summary

Deepsea Technologies Inc. in Houston, Texas is seeking a skilled assembler to build components per bill of materials, and to assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems for our production lines.

You will perform functional testing per engineered drawings and procedures, read blueprints, operate test equipment, and maintain machinery and shop housekeeping. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in hydraulics and mechanical assembly, and the ability to work in a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some technical training is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in hydraulics and mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per bill of materials requirements.
• Assemble hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Perform functional testing on assemblies per drawings and procedures.
• Operate test equipment in accordance with standards.
• Read blueprints, sketches and instructions to assemble parts.
• Maintain machinery, equipment and shop housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
