Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
• Experience with hand and power tools is helpful.
• Basic computer skills are desirable.
• Able to apply basic math in production tasks.
• Able to read tape measures and digital calipers.
• Able to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic hose assemblies per guidelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality processes and complete inspection paperwork.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area at all times.
• Build knowledge of production processes and apply it daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
