Value Added Distributors, LLC is seeking a Production Associate-Hose Assembler to join our New Philadelphia team. You will accurately cut and assemble hydraulic hoses, following customer requirements and company procedures.

This full-time, non-exempt role involves cross-training in shipping & receiving, delivering and restocking at customer locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed. We value safety, precision and teamwork, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to type 25+ wpm.
• Basic computer skills.
• Read and interpret technical work instructions.
• 21+ years of age to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assemble assigned product parts per production guidelines.
• Complete and submit inspection paperwork.
• Keep inventory records.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area.
• Support and align with VAC vision and values.
