Job summary

Value Added Distributors is seeking a Production Associate in Watertown, SD. The role focuses on hose assembly, cutting, and quality compliance in a focused manufacturing environment. You will follow selection guidelines, use hand tools and measuring equipment, and maintain accurate paperwork.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM plus overtime as needed. Wage starts at $20.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read technical work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product parts per production guidelines.
• Complete and submit inspection paperwork.
• Maintain inventory records.
