Job summary

Western States Equipment Company in Idaho is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate to assemble hose assemblies, identify fittings, and help customers with product options. You will stock parts, maintain tooling, and back up the parts warehouse as needed.

Responsibilities include processing orders, pulling and packaging parts, delivering items for service, and performing daily safety checks. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a solid English communication for teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years combined warehouse and/or delivery driver experience, within Western States preferred.
• 6 months’ hose production experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English.
• Forklift operation capability and training.

Responsibilities

• Build hose assemblies for customers and stock in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Identify various types of fittings and hoses and can offer replacement options for customers.
• Design and estimate custom hose assemblies based on customer needs and application.
• Create sales orders to provide a customer invoice for hose purchases.
• Adhere to good housekeeping and Contamination Control Standards.
• Maintain tooling and equipment in the hose room.
• Pulls and packages parts to fill customer orders in a timely fashion.
• Delivers and provides pickup of parts, cylinders and components for service repairs when needed.
