Responsibilities

  • Assemble hydraulic components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints, and technical documentation.
  • Align, fit, and install components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and lifting equipment.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform functional testing on finished products and troubleshoot basic assembly issues as needed.
  • Clean and prepare components before, during, and after assembly using manual and automated cleaning equipment.
  • Apply serial numbers, identification markings, and production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
  • Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support other production and assembly operations as needed.
