Job summary

Airline Hydraulics Corporation is seeking a Hydraulic Applications Sales Engineer to manage and grow sales at assigned accounts and territory. Reports to Regional Sales Manager and travels within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities include developing growth plans, building customer relationships, and maintaining the CRM with opportunities. Ideal candidate has strong hydraulics knowledge, CAD experience, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• BSME or BSEE engineering degree preferred; extended experience can substitute.
• 5+ years in application sales or related field.
• Strong technical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow a business sales plan to grow sales and margins.
• Build internal and external customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and share leads.
• Work independently while aligning with management on assignments.
• Maintain CRM with customer communications, calls, and opportunities.
• Become knowledgeable on product lines and provide solutions.
• Negotiate win-win contracts for customers and the company.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within territory.
