Seneca Family of Agencies is hiring a Youth Support Counselor to deliver family-centered mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and case management in community settings and schools. The role participates in a multi-disciplinary team and provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive services to youths and their families.

Hybrid schedule with in-person services and remote documentation, starting pay $24.94–$27.44 per hour, with annual salary growth and bilingual pay incentives upon

Formación

• Education/experience requirements listed: Bachelor’s or equivalent + 0+ years experience; alternative combos allowed.
• Experience with youth and families or social services is expected.
• Age requirement: at least 21 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling and case management for enrolled youth and families.
• Connect clients to natural supports and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and other mental health services at homes, schools, and community sites.
• Attend IEP meetings and treatment reviews as needed.
• Complete mental health notes and service documentation.
