Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Capital Projects Procurement Specialist Sr-Sr Staff to lead commercial efforts for capital investments. The role acts as SC’s single point of contact for projects, developing commercial strategies and sourcing contracts to optimize safety, cost, and schedule.

The position requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project-management skills within Entergy’s PDS framework. Hybrid work arrangement and extensive energy-industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7–9+ years of supplier contracting, capital projects, or related supply chain experience.
• Energy industry experience in capital projects contracting and procurement (3+ years) for Sr-level.
• Preferred CPSM or APICS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commercial strategies for capital projects.
• Coordinate contract planning, sourcing, and supplier performance management.
• Conduct Bid–Evaluate–Award activities in line with policy.
• Manage contract changes and ensure compliance with terms.
• Foster stakeholder relationships for capital project governance.
