Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience or equivalent.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and/or technical staff for disability claims.
• Provides training, monitors workloads and diary plans for complex claims.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures accurate documentation and reporting.
