Job summary

ProService Hawaii is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Coordinator in Hawaii. You will own the first and most critical phase of every claim, from incident intake to documentation, and communicate with clients, claimants, and vendors to keep things moving.

You will handle compliance-heavy workflows and collaborate with physicians, attorneys, and external parties while maintaining meticulous records and delivering timely updates throughout the claim lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims, insurance, or legally adjacent environments.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy workflows (medical records, subpoenas, incident forms, vendor invoices).
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Intake and process all workplace incidents and workers' compensation claims accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute required forms and compliance documents (WC-14s, Authorizations for Use, IME scheduling, subpoenas).
• Manage the ServiceFirst queue daily, triaging inquiries and resolving issues at first contact.
• Coordinate timely vendor and attorney payments, document follow-up and disbursement tracking.
• Provide proactive updates to clients and claimants throughout the claim lifecycle.
