Job summary

iitjobs, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Principal Workday Integration Developer to join the People Technology team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and connectors, and will own integration requirements from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Integration Development experience.
• Workday Studio experience is mandatory.
• Experience with EIB and custom Workday integrations.
• Experience with Workday APIs and external system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and best practices.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and determine the best integration approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations end-to-end.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and connectors.
• Develop custom integrations for internal and external systems.
• Analyze integration requirements and recommend the best technology (EIB, connectors, Studio, APIs).
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently.
• Support transformation initiatives and ongoing BAU integration requirements.
• Work across multiple Workday modules and integrate Workday with third-party apps.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from design through deployment.
