Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an Instructional Designer & Facilitator – Workday HCM to translate Workday functionality into engaging learning experiences across a major enterprise rollout. You will design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that build capability and support change adoption for HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and related Workday modules.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, create eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and facilitator guides, and measure impact with

Qualifications

• Five+ years in instructional design and facilitation
• Experience translating complex software into learning content
• Experience with blended learning solutions
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning
• Knowledge of LMS/learning tech and learning analytics
• Hands-on experience creating eLearning content with Articulate Storyline
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions for Workday HCM implementation
• Create eLearning modules, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, and facilitator guides
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for diverse audiences
• Support Workday Platform enablement within Workday Learning
• Manage learning projects with timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Finance, and vendors; participate in UAT and rollout planning
• Apply learner feedback to continuously improve content and delivery
