Qualifications

• Three or more years of IT-related systems/projects experience and business analysis experience.
• Five or more years of Workday experience preferred, including hands-on configuration, testing, reporting, or support of Workday modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, CS, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads workshops with business leaders and Digital to gather, clarify, document, and prioritize functional requirements for Workday.
• Maps current- and future-state workflows using business process modeling to standardize Workday capabilities.
• Configures Workday workstreams across HCM/Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other modules; reviews design changes.
• Supports UAT, develops test scenarios, and conducts prototype reviews; troubleshoots integration issues.
• Designs Workday reports, dashboards, data loads, and security permissions; ensures data quality and integrity.
• Acts as liaison between stakeholders, Digital, and vendors for successful Workday projects.
