Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with business requirements.
• Establish testing schedules, priorities, resources, and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across Workday processes and integrations.
• Monitor testing progress and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
