Job summary

Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate Workday functionality for Talent Management.
- Drive system design, development, maintenance, and support for HR functions.
- Lead projects and mentor teammates within the department.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve issues and implement end-to-end solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on payroll methodologies and confidentiality.
