Job summary

Disability Law Group is hiring a Case Manager to support clients through the Social Security disability process. You will coordinate case files, maintain ongoing communication with clients, and collaborate with attorneys to advance each claim from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• Education: high school or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• At least one year of case management, social services, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with clients and agencies to update case status.
• Prepare and submit medical documents at each stage of the disability process.
• Coordinate documents and communications with DDS/OHO and attorneys.
• Assist in hearing preparation and follow-up on medical records.
• Monitor case status and update workflows to improve client experience.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate case information.
• Manage client communications and documents securely.
