Job summary

Disability Law Group is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support clients through Social Security disability processes. You will handle case communications, document coordination, and file management with attorneys and agencies.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Arabic, organized, and capable of independent work in a flexible hybrid environment, delivering empathetic client service and timely updates throughout the claims journey.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as listed; degree preferred.
• At least one year of case management, social services, or customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily client communications with SSA and attorneys.
• Coordinate medical records and statements; log mail and faxes.
• Submit medical records to DDS/OHO and manage case files.
• Prepare hearings and monitor decisions with ALJ and Appeals Council.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and update stakeholders.
• Collaborate to streamline case workflows.
