State of Washington’s Developmental Disabilities Administration is seeking a Case Resource Manager in Lynnwood. You will manage advanced casework, assess eligibility, and connect clients with services across DDA and community resources.

The role supports hybrid schedules with off-site travel within Washington and collaboration with CDS and county entities. Strong documentation, cultural sensitivity, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in social services for developmental disabilities.
• Experience providing social services to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and document thoroughly.
• Commitment to client dignity, confidentiality, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Identify eligibility criteria needs of applicants/clients.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face home visits with clients and families.
• Complete and revise client assessments and service plans within timelines.
• Coordinate service authorizations with CDS and County entities.
• Testify at administrative hearings as needed.
• Obtain translation and interpretation services when needed.
• Maintain complete case files and payment records.
• Represent DDA professionally in the community.
