Job summary

The State of Washington's Department of Social and Health Services seeks a dedicated Case Resource Manager to deliver person-centered social services. You will conduct comprehensive client assessments, plan services, and coordinate with community partners to connect individuals to needed supports.

Travel within Washington and careful documentation are required, with a strong emphasis on client dignity, confidentiality, and equity in service delivery. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, social services, human services or related field with two years of social services experience, or six years of experience, or 12 months as a Case Resource Manager Trainee.
• Graduate training may substitute year-for-year for the experience requirement.
• Knowledge of Washington state social services guidelines and confidentiality practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs, plan and authorize services and manage caseloads.
• Conduct face-to-face home visits and update assessments and service plans.
• Collaborate with community partners and agencies to connect clients with resources.
• Maintain complete, accurate, confidential client files and records.
