Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking and Wi‑Fi standards (802.11).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer support escalations from multiple channels.
• Meet or exceed expectations on response quality and timeliness.
• Build and maintain layer 2/3 network testbeds.
• Analyze logs and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with developers to drive solutions and participate in meetings.
