Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience with leadership of complex projects.
• Experience supervising technical contractors or vendors.
• High proficiency with modern frontend stack and backend APIs.
• Experience with GIS web mapping and data visualization tools.
• Strong client-facing and consultative communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑stack development of websites, web apps, dashboards, and data tools.
• Set technical architecture for frontend/backend, databases, APIs, hosting, and security.
• Create interactive data visualizations by geography and time.
• Integrate GIS data and mapping platforms into web products.
• Develop Python-based data processing, automation, and APIs.
• Oversee integrations with external databases, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and lead QA/QC for code and deliverables.
• Mentor and manage the Digital Studio team and vendors.
