Job summary

Milken Institute seeks a highly organized Senior Associate, Web Content to oversee day-to-day web production and upkeep of MilkenInstitute.org and microsites. You will publish content, schedule updates, QA across editorial and visual aspects, and coordinate with the Director of Web Content and Strategy and partners.

You’ll grow skills in UX, accessibility, SEO/GEO, analytics, and digital strategy while handling increasingly complex page builds and projects in a collaborative, hybrid work

Qualifications

• HTML and CSS proficiency with basic image editing.
• Strong writing and editing of web copy, SEO-focused where appropriate.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Jira/Airtable for workflow tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, publish, and maintain content across MilkenInstitute.org using Drupal.
• Troubleshoot CMS issues and coordinate with technical partners.
