Job summary

arrivia is seeking an experienced Web Content Manager to own and style content in our CMS, ensuring brand-consistent, pixel-perfect pages. You will bridge marketing vision with live user journeys, collaborating with Design, Marketing, Product, and IT to deliver high-quality web experiences.

You will lead QA, optimize workflows, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining a pixel-perfect standard across high-traffic sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web content management, digital marketing, or web design.
• Fluent in HTML and CSS; able to build responsive layouts.
• Hands-on with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to translate concepts into web assets.
• Deep experience managing and styling content within enterprise CMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, UX Design, or related field.
• Onsite Scottsdale office Monday-Thursday with Friday remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content loading and styling within our CMS to ensure visual integrity across pages.
• Use HTML/CSS to build and style content blocks and update layouts.
• Collaborate with design using Figma or Adobe tools to translate wireframes into assets.
• Maintain and optimize development workflows for large-scale content updates.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and IT to support business goals.
• Lead site/inventory audits and troubleshoot production defects in high-volume environments.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, QA, and optimization.
