arrivia is seeking an experienced Web Content Manager to own the company’s web content at the intersection of marketing creativity and technical execution. You will ensure pages are visually compelling, technically sound, and aligned with our brand goals.

The role is hybrid in Scottsdale (onsite Monday through Thursday, Friday remote). You will lead content loading in our CMS, implement with HTML/CSS, collaborate with design teams using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and manage workflows with a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, UX Design, or related field.
4+ years of experience in web content management.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive layouts.
Experience with CMS environments.
Strong design sense and attention to detail.
On-site Scottsdale work Mon-Thu; Friday remote.

Responsibilities

Content Ownership & Strategy: lead end-to-end loading and styling in our CMS.
Technical Content Implementation: build and style blocks with HTML/CSS.
Design & UX Partnership: translate wireframes into high-performance assets with design tools.
Workflow Leadership: optimize development processes and large-scale updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise Marketing, Product, and IT.
Advanced Quality Assurance: conduct site and inventory audits with pixel-perfect mindset.
AI-Enabled Execution: utilize AI tools to speed up content production and QA.
