Job summary

Wisepath Recruiting, a specialized recruiting division of Wisepath Group, seeks a role bridging new professionals into an established wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financial. You will work with Senior Partners on strategy design, joint-planning, and active client cases.

Responsibilities include supporting Advisors with data analysis, preparing financial models, coordinating annual reviews, and assisting in local business development and events.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 preferred.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License required within 30 days of hire.
• 1–3 years in banking, insurance, or consultative client‑facing sales.
• High coachability, strong active listening, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data and contribute to macroeconomic financial models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with admin follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships and address daily inquiries with high professional standards.
• Collaborate with the team on local business development, workshops, and educational marketing events.
